Painter & Contractor Partnering - Profiling & Field Verification - Manage the Field Verification Process of the contractors from start to end.

• Have a calendar in place to detail out target vs ach of all week / month / annual milestones.
• Profile contractors in FY23-24. Contractor data tracker to be handy at all times for capturing the market intelligence gathered by team.
  
  

Painter & Contractor Partnering - Engagement & Developing Relationship - Regular interaction and engagement to be planned with the opinion leaders in the contractor fraternity.

This should be done with a motive of developing strong relationships, driving business, getting market intelligence & making them spokesperson for brand ABG.
