    Job Description

    The ASM - Punjab will be responsible for the following:

  • Sales Growth Delivery: Achieve annual sales objectives, and drive profitable trading agreements.
  • Key Account Management: Develop account plans, lead quarterly reviews with POS insights, and ensure customer KPIs are consistently met.
  • New Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, launch new products, and execute promotional initiatives to expand market share.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen multi-level customer relationships and collaborate across functions to deliver channel strategies and long-term growth.
  • The Successful Applicant

    The successful candidate will have the following:

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic sales & account management with proven success in developing and managing accounts
  • Experience in identifying opportunities, building customer networks, and driving new business across industries.
  • Experience in sales & distribution, preferably in chemicals, lubricants, industrial consumables or allied products.
