ASPAC HSE&C Advisor

Overview

This role serves as a key HSE&C guide for the ASPAC Performance Unit, ensuring that health, safety, environmental, and compliance risks are proactively identified, assessed, and effectively led. It enables the successful delivery of the HSE&C plan by providing guide mentorship, tools, and support to help the organisation meet both regulatory and bp’s internal requirements. The role drives consistent standards, intervenes when necessary to ensure corrective actions, and supplies impactful local HSE&C policies, plans, and programmes.

Job Purpose

• Provides expertise to ensure that HSE&C risks within ASPAC Performance Unit (PU) are identified, assessed and effectively led.
• Enables the delivery of the HSE&C plan.
• Provides HSE&C support, and facilitates access to HSE&C expertise, to allow the PU effectively meets HSE&C regulatory and bp requirements within manufacturing and other PU operations.
