• Oversee the safe and efficient daily operation of the asphalt plant.
• Manage production schedules to meet client and project requirements.
• Work closely with the laboratory team to ensure all asphalt mixes meet specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct plant inspections and coordinate routine maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
• Supervise and support a small team of operators and loaders, ensuring compliance with all safety and OHS requirements.
• Coordinate raw material deliveries and asphalt dispatch, working closely with transport and project managers.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation through digital systems.
