Assembler- 2nd Shift

Job Title: Assembler This classification requires the complete assembly, installation and test of hoists, parts and their subassemblies following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications by performing the following duties. Duties will include assignment as needed in the electric, manual, and paint classification in the assembly department as needed. Wadesboro, NC Shift: 2nd (2:15PM -10:45PM) Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Aligns components, and bolts, screws, or rivets them together.

Installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, or bearings, and works them to test free movement.

Aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears.

Tests or assists in testing operation of completed product.

Sub-assemblies will include, but not be limited to transmissions, brakes, panel plates, and final assemblies.
