Assembler A

This position is responsible for assembling, fitting, and testing complex hydraulic and mechanical components and subassemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. This position requires a high level of mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with precision aerospace assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and fit precision hydraulic components, valves, actuators, and subassemblies per engineering drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
Conduct detailed visual and dimensional inspections of parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches, etc.) to verify assembly accuracy.
Identify and troubleshoot assembly or test issues, reporting nonconformances per quality procedures.
Work from detailed travelers, work orders, and assembly routers while maintaining accurate production records.
