**Job Title: Assembler**
**Job Overview**
We are looking for an Assembler to join our team. You will work at a bench with two other team members to assemble light fixtures using hand tools and written instructions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble light fixtures by following work instructions
+ Use hand tools to complete assembly tasks
+ Work with team members to meet production goals
+ Follow quality and safety guidelines
**Required Skills**
+ Experience with mechanical or assembly work
+ Ability to use hand tools
+ Ability to read and follow work instructions or basic blueprints
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carpinteria, CA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
