PURPOSE:

Leads multiple teams within the Information Technology (IT) Department focused on supporting business users and operations. Manages help desk, incident response, disaster recovery, and desktop engineering. Responsibility to ensure that the help desk function provides effective and timely resolution of computer system user problems that meet organizational expectations. Guides manager-level resources on activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported issues/problems.
