Job summary
: Responsible for applying assembly skills necessary to perform basic functions for custom fire and rescue vehicles; Utilizing power and hand tools to complete each task with optimum efficiency.Electrical: Basic Wiring and installation of lighting and other electrical components.
Mechanical: General assembly and installation of mechanical components, accessories, and hardware on vehicles.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Must be able to ensure manufacturing, quality, and safety requirements are met.
2. Work from shop orders, specifications, in-house and customer reports, manuals, schematics, prints, diagrams, quality lists, production schedules, pre-shipment inspection lists, customer generated discrepancy lists, and instructions.
