Assembler (Motor Lead)

### Job Duties
We are looking to hire a skilled Motor Lead Assembler to work in a production environment. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for performing solder bench assembly and mechanical tasks to produce products per specifications. Additionally, they will be serving as a lead on the assembly floor, coordinating with team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper documentation.

### Minimum Education Required
High School diploma or equivalent

### Minimum Experience Required
- 1+ years of electrical soldering experience preferred



- Strong mechanical aptitude



- Good communication skills



- Attention to detail and critical thinking



- Ability to follow instructions and document work clearly



- Proficient in English
