**🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

+ Assemble and test **small electric motors**
+ **Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment**
+ **Read simple schematics and mechanical drawings**
+ **Solder, screw, clip, and fasten parts together**
+ **Rotate between workstations as production requires**
+ **Inspect finished parts and ensure quality standards**
+ **Pack finished motors for shipment**
