Join our team as a Motor Assembly Technician where you will play a crucial role in assembling small electric motors. This position requires meticulous attention to detail as you will be working with very small parts. The role involves repetitive tasks, assembling thousands of motors each year.

• Assemble and test electric motors using hand and power tools.
• Follow manufacturing test procedures and implement continuous improvement ideas for the manufacturing process.
• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly, reading schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Operate machine tools and production tooling and fixtures.
• Place parts in specified relationships to each other for sub-assemblies or final assemblies using soldering, clips, screws, or other fastening methods.
