Job Description
PGS Worldwide is seeking an Electronic/Mechanical Assembler in Oldsmar, FL for a one year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This role performs production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. The hiring manager needs a strong solder candidate who can solder wires to terminals and perform continuity checks while following diagrams, drawings, and quality specifications.
Required Skills
Strong soldering skills, including the ability to solder wires to terminals
Ability to perform production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
Ability to work from diagrams and drawings and make initial layouts
Ability to use hand and/or power tools
