**Tite: Assemblers**
**Location: Sealy, TX**
**Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shift Available**
**Pay: $16-$17**
Adecco is hiring Assemblers in Sealy, TX. The Assembler is responsible for assembling products and components according to company standards, work instructions, and quality requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, work instructions, and diagrams to assemble parts and products.
+ Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components safely and efficiently.
+ Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
+ Meet daily production targets while ensuring product quality and consistency.
+ Assist in training new team members as needed.
