**Job Description**
The Assembler is responsible for the precise assembly, wiring, and testing of standard and custom control assemblies. This role plays a key part in ensuring all products meet electrical, mechanical, and quality standards before reaching the customer.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work from drawings, specifications, schematics, and wiring diagrams, as well as other verbal or written instructions to perform electrical and mechanical assembly.
+ Determine wiring sequence, layout, and location.
+ Perform testing to verify work.
+ Adhere to CSA, UL, CEC codes, and company quality requirements.
+ Provide input and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the work area.
+ Actively support and participate in corporate initiatives and programs, including department meetings, safety programs, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives, and quality management programs...
