PrideStaff has multiple openings for Assemblers in the Aviation and Aerospace field. We are seeking a team members for an innovative manufacturing company in West Palm Beach! This is a hands-on role perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to learn. Responsibilities Meet daily production goals and deadlines. Learn and apply value-added manufacturing techniques. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. Operate various tools, machines, and test equipment to produce cutting-edge products. Inspect products for quality and workmanship, ensuring they meet company standards. Work well with others in a team setting. Demonstrate adaptability by working on a wide variety of tasks. Qualifications A successful candidate should have a strong attention to detail , a dedication to teamwork , and an ability to multitask . Comfort with basic math is required. A stable work or education history. The ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Prior experience in inspection or manufacturing is a plus but not required. Details & Benefits Job Type: Full-time, in-person position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (8-hour shift). Compensation: Competitive pay starting at $14-$16/hr .
