**Job Description: Assembly & Packaging Associate**
**Position Overview**
We are seeking reliable, entry-level Assembly & Packaging Associates to join a manufacturing team producing high-quality protective cases and flashlights for expensive equipment such as cameras. This role involves hands-on assembly, packaging, and basic mechanical work in a production environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assemble various U.S.-sized protective cases and insert custom foam components
+ Assemble mid-size flashlights on a designated production line
+ Read and follow blueprints and detailed work instructions
+ Use hand and power tools, including small drills, hammers, and rivet machines
+ Package finished products and tape boxes for shipment
+ Count and verify inventory for accuracy
+ Lift and move materials weighing between **7–35 lbs**
+ Some associates may be trained to operate:
+ Pallet jacks
+ Automated shrink-wrap machines
