JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Responsible for repairs and troubleshooting of production equipment and building systems to maintain facility in peak operating condition. Major systems include, but not limited to; Mechanical Devices, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, HVAC, Fire protection, Electrical Distribution, Electrical Controls, Air Compressors, Conveyors, Plumbing, Nutrunners, Gages, Security, Lube Oil Distribution

  • Inspection of equipment and assembly processes to prevent damage and/or determine root cause of malfunction or damage to equipment or components.

  • Perform troubleshooting and repairs using hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, test devices and precision measurement tools.

  • Reading blueprints, schematics, logic diagrams, maintenance manuals and catalogs to install, troubleshoot and repair equipment.

  • Troubleshoot, de-bug and program PLC5, SLC, Micrologic Controllers, Siemans PLCs and Variable Speed...
