Job Description Job Description Adecco Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company in Tyngsborough, MA to find qualified Assemblers for 1st shift. This is a temp-to-hire role. Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM (with flexibility), Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour Job Responsibilities: Operate semi-automated micro-electronic manufacturing equipment. Manipulate fine wire coils using tweezers under a microscope. Work with hand tools, epoxies, and chemical solvents to assemble micro-sized components. Self-monitor the quality of your workmanship. Maintain travelers, logs, and paperwork to track production progress and time. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Must possess fine motor skills, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
