Job Description

We are on the hunt for 15 x experienced Assemblers / Production Assistants / Factory Hands to join our client, an iconic Australian Doors and windows manufacturing business in Dandenong . These positions will be on a full-time ongoing casual basis and include assembly and production of high-end doors and windows for commercial projects.

Working in a team, your other responsibilities will include:

  • Processing materials and assembling components to required specifications and quality standards using a variety of hand tools, power tools and machinery.
  • Operating and cleaning production machinery/equipment after use
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Operating Manuals in an efficient manner
  • Supporting team members to ensure production goals and deadlines are achieved
  • Contributing to our culture of continuous improvement and safety
