Assembling Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products according to detailed work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery (e.g., screwdrivers, drills, pneumatic tools) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with 5S and company policies.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Meet daily production targets and quality standards while maintaining a consistent pace.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking parts usage and reporting shortages.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest process improvements.
• May be required to rotate between different assembly stations or tasks as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow procedures and adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
