Staff Management/SMX reliable and safety-conscious associates responsible for production assembly activities, ensuring specification adherence are met while maintain food safety standards and productivity goals. Work on weekends and holidays may be required.
FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build kits of dry goods, liquor, beverage and equipment items into airline containers according to airline specificationsAssembles completed kits and various bulk items into airline carts, carriers, etc. according to specifications, boarding check-sheets and assembly diagrams.Keeps production areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standardsDocuments inventory usage in compliance to regulatory and company requirementsComply with hygiene, jewelry and use of PPE requirementsAdditional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by managementQUALIFICATIONS and SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
