**Job Title: Assembly Lead Role (Must have previous experience as a Lead)**
**Type : DIRECT HIRE**
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee a small group of Battery Assembly employees during daily activities.
+ Guide team members through their responsibilities.
+ Ensure tasks in the assembly process are completed efficiently.
+ Rotate team members through different assembly tasks.
+ Provide feedback to engineers and supervisors for continuous improvement.
+ Conduct performance evaluations.
+ Read and understand work instructions written in English.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Lead or supervisory experience.
+ 2-3+ years of production experience.
+ Ability to conduct performance evaluations.
+ Ability to read and write English and comfortably speak English throughout the workday.
+ Attention to minute details in work instructions.
+ Basic computer skills.
