JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for managing and optimizing assembly line operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. The role requires hands-on involvement in lean manufacturing, process improvement, troubleshooting, line balancing, quality assurance, operator multiskilling, and coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets. Key responsibilities include driving process improvements and sustaining existing processes, delivering DL training, and enhancing workforce skills on both new and existing operations. The position also supports Manufacturing and Quality Engineering in implementing new equipment and process changes through the ECN system. Additional responsibilities include executing equipment and process qualifications, SPC, Poka-Yoke, preparation and approval of SOPs, Work Instructions, Job Cards, and setup validations.
