This is an entry-level individual contributor role performing routine assembly and support tasks. The position involves closely supervised work with clearly defined procedures and detailed instructions. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with small parts and adhesives under magnification. Responsibilities: Perform routine assembly and support tasks under close supervision. Follow established processes, procedures, and detailed work instructions. Work with small parts and adhesives, often under magnification. Escalate issues or deviations to the supervisor for resolution. Communicate effectively with team members to obtain or provide task-related information. Maintain quality and accuracy while meeting operational targets. Complete assigned tasks within defined boundaries and procedures.
