Assembly Manager

**My Role**:
- Participation in decision-making for Assembly Business Plans to achieve the plant’s objectives. Authorized to stop a process or product that poses a risk to employee safety, the facilities, the product itself, or the customer.
- Lead the fulfillment of delivery plans to Assembly and external customers.
- Lead the headcount goals of the Assembly area versus what is approved by Plant Management.
- Follow up on the correct execution of activities for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Operating System.
- Actively participate in compliance with divisional, local policies, procedures, and labor agreements related to operational personnel.
- Lead the execution of procedures for the manufacturing of plastic components in the Molding area.
- Train, develop, and evaluate assigned personnel.
- Responsible for monitoring performance metrics, evaluating them, and reviewing them daily with the Molding staff and Plant staff.
