Assembly Operative - Fareham - Starting ASAP - £12.75 - £14.00 per hour DOE

TeamJobs are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, on a temporary to permanent basis.

What this Assembly Operative role will include:

• Perform hand soldering, rework, and repair to IPC-A-610 Class 3 requirements
• Assemble through-hole, SMT, and mixed-technology electronic components
• Inspect solder joints using microscopes and magnification tools to ensure Class 3 compliance
• Read and interpret schematics and drawings
• Quality check work to ensure it meets specifications

Requirements for this Assembly Operative Role:

• Identify common components and equipment
• IPC-A-610 Class 3 certification (current or previously certified)
