Shift: Weekend Shift – Friday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay Rate: $24.40/hour ($20.00/hr + 22% shift differential)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Operator III to support fiber optic manufacturing operations. This position works directly with fiber optics and is responsible for optical connector assembly, cable termination, and testing of fiber optic cable assemblies.

The Assembly Operator III may assist in process development and troubleshooting as new optical products move from concept to production. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works well under schedule pressures, adapts to changing priorities, and demonstrates a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
