**Job Title:** Assembly Operator III
**Location:** Arden, NC 28704
**Shift:** 1st Shift – 7 AM to 3:30 PM
**Pay Rate:** $20/hour

We are seeking a skilled **Assembly Operator III** to support fiber optic manufacturing operations. This position works directly with fiber optics and is responsible for optical connector assembly, cable termination, and testing of fiber optic cable assemblies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains strong attention to detail, and demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
This role supports production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Assembly Operator III may also assist with process development, prototype builds, and troubleshooting as new products move from concept to market.
