**Pay Rates**
+ **1st Shift:** $20.00/hr
+ **2nd Shift:** $22.00/hr
+ **Weekend Shift:** $24.40/hr _(includes 22% shift premium — base rate $20.00/hr)_
**Position Summary**
We are seeking an **Assembly Operator III** to work directly with **fiber optic products** . This role is responsible for the assembly, termination, testing, and inspection of fiber optic cable assemblies and connector components. The Assembly Operator III may also support new product introductions, prototype builds, and process improvement initiatives.
