Pay Rate:
  • $15 per hour
  • Additional $1 differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts
    • Shift Available: 2nd Shift

    As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling products on the production line and equipping the assembly line with necessary parts. Your duties will include inspecting and refilling materials as needed, inspecting and packing finished parts, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and tools. You will perform quality inspections following IATF 16949 standards and report production metrics. Collaboration with team members to meet daily production goals is essential, and you will escalate any issues to your supervisor or manager.
