A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Assembly operator.


Position type: Full Time, Contract

Duration: 12 + months

Location: McKinney, TX

SHIFTS: Monday – Friday 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM & Weekend Shift, Thursday – Sunday 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM



As an Assembly operator you will be:
  • Responsible for working in a cleanroom environment, performing mechanical assembly using various tools and fasteners.
  • Types of hardware include machined housings, circuit cards, mirrors, motors, and optical assemblies.
  • Will be using chemicals and performing detailed hand manipulation with wire sleeving, solder, and bonding materials.
  • Additionally, the operator will be required to use precision torque tools, solder, repair and/or inspect electric and mechanical systems.
