Job Description

The Assembly Quality Supervisor is responsible for leading the plant’s quality and reliability activities to ensure that products meet customer expectations, internal standards, and IATF 16949 requirements. This role oversees the assembly quality team, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages customer interactions related to quality, and ensures robust processes to prevent and address non-conformities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead activities to meet customer requirements and IATF 16949 standards.
  • Coordinate the plant’s quality and reliability team.
  • Lead activities to improve quality metrics such as customer complaints and cost of poor quality
  • Carry out administrative reviews as scheduled.
  • Attend meetings with the global quality management team.
  • Attend customer meetings.
  • Provide daily follow-up on non-conforming product inventories.
  • Perform analyses for responses to quality issues and customer complaints.
  • Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality. etc.
  • +8 years of experience in manufacturing quality, automotive industry experience
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience required.
  • English fluent
