**Assembly Supervisor- ** This position can be a direct hire - permanent position for the right candidate.
This position is responsible for leading a team of assembly technicians, maintaining production schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
-Track and report key performance indicators KPIs such as production efficiency, quality rates, and downtime.
- Utilize production tracking systems and digital tools to monitor workflow and report issues.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and work instructions
-Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain equipment in safe and operational condition Team Leadership Identify training needs and support career development plans for team members.
