Assembly Supervisor (New Manufacturing Line)

Overview

Assembly Supervisor for a new manufacturing line in Sepang, Selangor. The client is a newly established manufacturing company in Malaysia specializing in high-precision plastic machining. This is an on-site role on the production floor, involving hands-on assembly, supervising technicians and leading operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily assembly operations on the production floor
• Ensure assembly work is executed according to plans and schedules set by Assembly Management
• Coordinate and manage manpower on site
• Monitor work progress and ensure timelines are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical or operational issues
• Act as bridge between the shop floor and Assembly Management Group
• Maintain a safe, organized and efficient working environment
