Assembly Supervisor (Rotation Shift)

Responsibilities

Able to work in a production floor wearing PPE.

Lead the production team and collaborate with engineering, planning, quality, and warehouse department to ensure timely completion of production build.

Ensure the production team adhere to workmanship and quality standard.

Responsible for resources planning of the production team to meet delivery.

To monitor production build progress, take necessary actions and report out.

Maintain and drive high 6S standard and improvements at the production floor as well as performs safety audits and leads corrective actions.

Ensure required trainings are met and initiate cross training and develops training roadmap for skill development of operators, technicians, and Supervisors I

Initiate continuous improvement actions to drive productivity with relevant departments.

Leads quality improvement initiatives and supports RCCA (5Why, Fishbone, 8D)
