Assembly Supervisor 

Tulsa, OK | $75,000–$90,000/year (DOE) | Fri–Sun, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM

Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys working with your team and building high-quality industrial equipment? A leading manufacturer is hiring for an Assembly Supervisor to oversee production, lead skilled technicians, and ensure top-quality standards on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and motivate your team to meet production goals
  • Oversee assembly, testing, and quality of industrial cooling systems
  • Read blueprints, manage workflow, and maintain a safe work environment
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues quickly

    • What You Bring

  • 4 years in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or assembly supervision
