Job Description

Responsibilities include:
  • setting up and operating all equipment in the department 
  • assembling and disassembling equipment
  • practicing strict sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure food safe products are being manufactured
  • gathering, prepping, and weighing raw materials
  • calculating daily production needs
  • forecasting inventory of raw materials 
  • providing timely and accurate communication to other support areas concerning production needs 
  • accurately completing all paperwork required by the position and
  • other duties as assigned.
