Assembly Team Leader

Our client in the auto manufacturing space is seeking a fulltime permanent Assembly line Team Lead. Focus will be to lead and support assembly production teams to achieve daily safety, quality, and productivity targets in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Location: onsite Belleville

Responsibilities

• Lead and support production teams with safety, quality, and productivity as top priorities
• Ensure operators understand and follow all procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements
• Train and coach operators on processes, quality checks, and safe work practices
• Coordinate daily activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements
• Drive workstation setup, tooling, and fixture installation, testing, and adjustments
