Clayton Services is searching for an Assembly Technician to join a thriving company in North Houston. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in building high-quality HVAC systems by assembling mechanical and electrical components according to specifications. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and skilled with tools and technical drawings.



Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour



Assembly Technician Responsibilities:

  • Assemble HVAC units and subcomponents (mechanical and electrical) according to production drawings, schematics, and work instructions

  • Install and adjust components such as fans, motors, coils, circuit boards, and control panels with precision and care
