A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Assembly Technician.


Position Type: Full time, Contract to Hire

Duration: 12months

Location: Malabar, FL 32950 (Onsite/1st shift)



As an Assembly Technician you will:
  • Performs manufacturing inspection process which consists of soldering, soldering touch up, soldering inspection, part orientation verification.
  • Exceptional soldering skills and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to solder and work under a low powered microscope.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Experienced with performing soldering rework including conformal coating experience (Dymax & Parylene), masking/demasking, staking/bonding, chemical application, lamination, and touch-up.
  • Developing support individual contributor.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Work is less structured within identified boundaries...
