Assembly Technician

• Assemble small, high-precision medical devices following detailed work instructions
• Perform fine hand soldering under a microscope
• Bond or glue small components with precision
• Work with microscope and camera-assisted systems for fine-part assembly
• Inspect and test assemblies to meet strict quality and performance standards
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Prepare finished devices for shipment
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations
• Adhere to quality and regulatory standards
• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
