Assembly Technician

Assigned tasks to production line and ensure job close on time.

Measure each workstation takt time.

Design, improve, and maintain jigs & fixtures to enhance productivity and quality

Support to establish OMS and workflow.

Assist in process improvement, kaizen, and continuous improvement activities

Conduct in-process inspections and ensure assemblies meet quality standards

Identify, analyze, and report assembly issues, defects, or process deviations

Prepare and update work instructions, SOPs, and assembly documents

Record production data and support reporting of output, downtime, and defects

Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues

Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in mechanical Assembly.

Manage to perform equipment assembly according to engineering drawings.
