Overview

Assembly & Test organization is looking for a Senior Manager to lead A&T / Subcon Consolidation and Reporting. The role requires a highly talented individual who can keep pace in a dynamic environment, support varied initiatives, and drive efficiency. This position reports to the A&T Controller and partners with AT operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate inputs from A&T factories and deliver presentations to provide global forecasts and annual long‑term plans (RFFs, latest views, weekly).
• Initiate and lead cost savings initiatives across all sites.
• Manage A&T Capex spend, budget control and compliance.
• Consolidate A&T KPIs against financial commitments.
• Collaborate with key business partners across NXP organizations and with AT GMs / Ops.
