CorTech is seeking to hire a Assembly & Test Technician for our client in Tempe, AZ!PAY RATE: $20.50/hr
Shift: 2nd Shift Hours:
Monday thru Friday: Core hours are the following:
2:30pm to 10:30pm with ½ hour lunch Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure:
• $1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance;
• $1k at 60 days
• $1k at 90 days ** CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OT - Sometimes there is no requirement, sometimes it is voluntary, sometimes it is up to 56 hrs per week. Candidates must be able to work swings and weekend shift priority. Client will flex candidates to where the work is at and needed Weekend Shift Hours:
Friday thru Sunday: 12 hour shifts (6am to 6pm) Training will be conducted on day shift and once we feel they are ready for the move to weekends we will move accordingly. Performs standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and records and analyzes results. Requires knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment...
