Assembly/Production/Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a hands‑on Assembly / Production Technician to support daily operations across key manufacturing departments including: Spray Painting, Injection Molding, Machining, Cold Forging, Stamping, Assembly, and Anodizing .

1. Production & Process Operations

Support daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.

Coordinate with teams to maintain smooth workflow and minimize downtime.

Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.

2. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs on machinery and systems.

Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues to restore operation quickly.

Assist in improvement projects to increase equipment reliability and lifespan.
