As an Assessment Nurse, you will be responsible for doing assessments in certain counties we cover in the above areas, and be a supportive, helpful presence to our clients. - Doing assessment in clients home when a client in your area is onboarded as a client.
- Reporting to the RN Administrator any issues or concerns and scanning the assessment to the office within 24 hours.
