This position is part of the site Asset Reliability team, responsible for setting functional expectations and ensuring the reliability and integrity of all asset equipment. The team is empowered and expected to drive change through improvements to equipment, processes, and procedures, supporting operational excellence while maintaining high service levels within allocated resources.


The Equipment Asset Engineer role is approximately 70% strategic and 30% tactical, with a primary focus on data-driven reliability improvement and risk mitigation.
