Our client is currently seeking a qualified Asset Lab Technician to join their team onsite in Wheeling, IL and provide end-user support. This technician will work the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Packing and shipping

    • Prepare and pack devices for new hire classes

    • Generate shipping labels via FedEx and update tracking information in ServiceNow

    • Include required accessories and documentation in each shipment

    • Ensure timely delivery by selecting appropriate shipping methods
