As an Asset Management Client Services Professional within our Client Account Management team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire client servicing lifecycle, including onboarding, day-to-day support, and offboarding for institutional clients investing in alternative strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on account status.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with investment guidelines and company policies, including KYC and tax refreshes.
